The languages available vary depending on the training module. In the shopping basket, you can see which languages are available for the respective training course and can easily select the desired languages.
Everyone chooses their preferred language at the start, so the training is also understood by employees who speak German well day to day but cannot follow specialist training with confidence.
Training must be repeated regularly – as a rule at least once a year, for all employees, not only new ones.
Training is also due when activities, work equipment or work processes change, or after an accident or near miss. Shorter intervals can apply to individual groups and activities.
Before work begins – that is, before the first working day at the workplace. This also applies to temporary staff, interns and agency workers.
Participant seats are available immediately after purchase, so new employees can complete the course before they start, for example via the link or QR code in the welcome email.
You must make sure that the training content was understood. A mere confirmation of attendance is not enough.
That is why every course in TS-Shop and our main product TS-Learn ends with short comprehension questions. The certificate is issued only after passing – only then is the participant seat used up.
Which training is required follows from the risk assessment: it must match the activity actually performed and its hazards. General training alone is usually not enough.

That way you also reach employees on construction sites, in field service, assembly, shift work or the home office. Access is simply via link or QR code.
Tip: It's better to plan a little more generously when purchasing - for new employees or repeat training sessions, for example. Unused participant places do not expire as long as the quota is still active.
