Your privacy matters
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all legal transactions concluded by companies within the meaning of Section 1 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) with TS Learning GmbH, Peter Behrens Platz 2, 4020 Linz, Austria (hereinafter "TS Learning") via the TS Learning GmbH webshop.
(2) The services of TS Learning are addressed exclusively to businesses. Sales to consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) are excluded.
(3) Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if TS Learning has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
(4) These GTC shall also apply to future transactions with the customer, even if no explicit reference is made to them again.

(1) TS Learning offers online security training courses for companies. These courses are provided digitally, in particular via QR code or equivalent electronic access methods.
(2) Only individual training courses are sold. Subscription models, ongoing services or service-level agreements are not part of the webshop offering.
(3) Scope, content, duration, technical requirements and other details of the respective training course are set out in the service description in the webshop.
(1) The presentation of training courses in the webshop does not constitute a binding offer.
(2) By completing the order process, the customer submits a legally binding offer to purchase the selected training course.
(3) The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by e-mail or upon provision of access (e.g. by sending the QR code).
(4) TS Learning is entitled to reject orders without stating reasons.
(1) All prices are net prices and are subject to the applicable Austrian value-added tax.
(2) Price information may be subject to errors or changes. The price valid at the time of ordering shall apply.
The following payment methods are available for purchase:
TS Learning GmbH reserves the right to exclude or change individual payment methods.
(1) Delivery is made exclusively in digital form to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
(2) After successful payment, access to the training is provided via QR code.
(3) The services are offered exclusively to customers based within the European Union.
(1) The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to participate in the purchased online training course.
(2) Passing on, distributing or publishing the QR code or training content is prohibited.
(3) All training content is protected by copyright.
(4) The customer ensures that all information provided by them is complete and correct.
(5) The customer must protect access data (QR code, login credentials) from unauthorized use.
(6) The customer is responsible for their own IT infrastructure, security configuration and system compatibility.
(1) As the webshop exclusively handles B2B transactions, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
(2) Cancellation conditions, rebooking rules and further provisions regarding withdrawal and substitute participants are set out separately and are not part of these GTC.
(3) The customer confirms having taken note of these separate provisions.
Subject to other provisions of this agreement, the TS Learning services, all related components and information are provided "as available" without any warranty, except for the warranty that the acquisition of rights does not infringe third-party rights.
This includes, in particular, the exclusion of any warranty regarding:
The customer acknowledges that TS Learning GmbH does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure or timely operation of the TS Learning services.
TS Learning GmbH may change, modify, expand or remove parts of the TS Learning services at any time at its own discretion.
(1) TS Learning GmbH shall be liable exclusively for intent and gross negligence.
(2) Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
(3) No liability shall be assumed for failures or disruptions outside the sphere of influence of TS Learning GmbH, such as internet issues or failures of external platforms or customer systems.
(4) No specific training success or learning outcome is guaranteed.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the TS Learning training courses, their content and their application comply with the customer's operational requirements, internal guidelines and security regulations. The customer confirms that they have reviewed the conformity of the training courses with their operational framework.
If deviations, risks, hazards or additional regulatory requirements arise due to the customer's specific operational circumstances, the customer bears sole responsibility for assessing and implementing appropriate measures. TS Learning GmbH assumes no liability for consequences, damages or obligations resulting from incompatibility of the training courses with the customer's operational requirements.
(1) The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act.
(2) The data protection provisions are listed separately and are not part of these GTC.
For the purpose of payment processing, TS Learning GmbH uses the external payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). In the course of the payment transaction, the personal data required for payment processing (in particular name, billing details, email address, payment amount and payment information) are transmitted directly to Stripe. TS Learning GmbH does not store any complete payment or credit card data. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of contract performance. Stripe processes the data as an independent controller within the meaning of the GDPR and may engage additional subprocessors for this purpose. Any transfer of data to third countries takes place exclusively in compliance with the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
(1) Austrian law shall apply exclusively to all legal relationships, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) The place of jurisdiction shall be the competent court at the registered office of TS Learning GmbH (Linz).
(1) Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
